I have the homur to ask for instructions as to
the course which should be followed in the circumstances disclosed by the enclosures in this Despatch. The endosures are as follows : -

above Company.
Copy of a minute by the Attorney-General dated the 27th.
November, 1916.
Copy of a letter from the Registrar of British Ships to
the above Company dated the 29th. November, 1916,
